Pocket Photographer is operated by Kickstart Creatives, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States.

All references to "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to Kickstart Creatives, LLC. All payments, subscriptions, and business operations are conducted through Kickstart Creatives, LLC.

Free Tier

The Free tier provides limited access to our photography dictionary and prompt library. Free users can browse 30 dictionary terms and 5 example prompts. Collections are limited to 3, and saved custom prompts are limited to 5.

Premium Tier

Premium subscribers gain unlimited access to the full photography dictionary, complete prompt library, unlimited collections, and unlimited saved prompts. Premium subscriptions are available as:

• Monthly subscription (recurring)
• Annual subscription (recurring)
• Lifetime access (one-time payment)

All premium purchases are processed through ThriveCart and managed by Kickstart Creatives, LLC.

Pocket Photographer uses browser LocalStorage to persist your prompt builder state between sessions. This includes:

• Key: pocket-photographer-prompt-builder
• Prompt text content
• Selected dictionary terms
• Builder open/closed state

This data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly save a prompt to your account. You can clear this data at any time using the "Clear All" button in the prompt builder or by clearing your browser's local storage.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your password secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for Premium subscriptions or lifetime access.

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Pocket Photographer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

In no event shall Kickstart Creatives, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
